Installing OpenSUSE on a MSI Wind

I have an MSI Wind U100-053 and have been using Mandriva on it but am thinking of changing it over to OpenSUSE.
My question: Are there any special procedures I have to follow or any special tweaking after the install or does it simply work once installed?

Try the opensuse Live Cd first and you have a idea if you need to do some tweaking
The live cd is also a install cd
