Installing networks in suse???

how to install network in Suse??

Install NetworkManager package from the DVD and follow this:

Dear,
I am using Lan.I want to add static ip but i am failed after adding ip.I can`t connect to internet after the whole process.
Can you guide me?
It`ll be better if you have some guide process in images form.
