I enabled 3d effects for kde4 and now I can't see the desktop.

I enabled 3d effects for kde4 and now I can't see the desktop. I can see the mouse and hear sounds. I log out and then use icewm and log back in and see the desktop. I was wondering if there is a way to disable the 3d effects I enabled and get my kde4 desktop back? Is there something I can do from icewm or konsole?

If you don't mind loosing a lot of settings, you could delete the ~/.kde4 (or if not present the ~/.kde) directory.
