How to stop screen switching off??

I am using Suse 9.2 pro, running kde and id like to find a way to stop the monitor switching off after 10 minutes or so of inactivity, I tried changing the settings in desktop properties, but it still turns off, is there somewhere else that needs to be changed to prevent this?

Even if I could make the time longer, it is very irritating!

Yeah, I tried that, I put it way up to an hour but it still switches off after about 10 minutes, I even ucnclciked it completely but it still does it, I think my computer must be ecologically minded!

Edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf and add
Code:
Section "ServerFlags"

	Option	"BlankTime" "0"

EndSection
