How to get openSuse 11.2 show "Tasks" on the "Task" bar?

How is it done? I had to reinstall and had it working before but forgot how I did it. It seems as if I went into "Panel Settings" and clicked "More Settings" and "Windows go below" but that doesn't work the 2nd time around.

In the KDE or Gnome menu, look for a menu listing for "configure desktop" or some such listing. Click on that, Select the Desktop option, then click on Taskbar to get to the taskbar settings.

Thanks for the reply. The way it's done however is by adding the widget "Task Manager".
