how to allow the nfs service in the firewall from the command line


Dear friends:
I setup my nfs server remotely through ssh. I could't mount the folder in my nfs client, could you please tell me how to allow the nfs service in the firewall from the command line.

what version of opensuse are you running? does it use iptables or firewalld.

you can find this by typing in
Code:
systemctl status firewalld && systemctl status iptables
If you are using iptables then this site will help. I am cross linking out of laziness.
