help running .exe file for app installed on server

I have to get a SLED 11 pc working on my NetWare 6.x network. The issue i'm having at the moment is I can't get a particular application working.
I have installed Wine and used it to install MS Office 2003. The app in question though is not and will not be installed on the pc. It is installed on the server, all I merely do is run the .exe file so the app starts and everrything is saved to the server. I tried running the .exe file with Wine but I get this error.

cbl.out: Program missing or inaccessible

I'm not sure if this is an issue with wine or any other emulator. Please correct me if i'm wrong but if wine is installed on your linux system you should be able to install a program running on Windows (obvoiusly not every program will install but there is a possibility). I have installed MS Office 2003 using wine and it works.

Is there a way, using Wine or not, to run the .exe file from the servers to access the app?

I have posted my question in WineHQ forums but have no answer yet.

Thanks

Are you mounting the remote shared directory on your machine before you try and run it? What command did you use to mount the share?

to my knowledge it is already mounted. I'm logging on to the server through Novell Client, the .exe file is on 1 of the mapped drives that I can access, is that not mounted? how would I find out if it is not mounted?
