gtk-qt engine not working in SUSE 10.2

Hello.

I've installed SUSE 10.2, and the gtk-qt engine (which makes GTK apps use the QT theme) doesn't work. I've checked the settings in kcontrol.

I upgraded gtk-qt to v0.7cvs20061120, and it still doesn't work.

Help would be much appreciated.

The gtk-qt-engine in openSUSE 10.2 works fine for me. Make sure the kcm_gtk package is not installed and the gtk-qt-engine is installed.

Obviously, I the gtk-qt-engine is installed. =) The kcm_gtk package is not installed either.

Even installing the autopackage of gtk-qt didn't work.

Even grabbing gtk-qt from Debian and alien'ing it didn't work...

I've reset my config back to normal. Appreciating any insight anyone might have...
