Gnome - Single click for mouse.

Just a quickie, I hope.
I am running SuSe10, the free version with the Gnome desktop.
I have sorted everything out except how to make the mouse open files with a single click instead of a double click.
I have been into the Gnome control centre and there is no option in there.
Any help will be appreciated.
Regards alan.

At work right now, on a Windows box. From memory, open the Nautilus file broswer. In the preferences there is an option for single click. Think it's under preferences/behaviour.

That fixes most Gnome double clicks but you will still occasionally come across something that still needs a double click.
