gnome-panel taking 100% of CPU

Hi,

using top, it seems gnome-panel is taking 100% of the cpu last.

Does someone know why, and more important, what should I do to fix the problem?

I've seen that too, although it does stop after a minute or so. I believe its the zen updater looking for updates. I just let it finish, and go grab a cup of coffee or something after logging in. Same thing with windoze, it seems to load a bunch of stuff after logging in.
