Downgrade Kernel?

Is there an easy way to downgrade the kernel installed that doesn't involve compiling? I like SuSE 10.0, but the 2.6.13 kernel has a critical bug that makes my USB devices unbearably slow. I'd like to revert back to 2.6.12.

I wouldnt recommend this. Upgrade would the smarted move and safer option.
BTW Suse offers the newest kernel available in rpm-format.

If there is a bug you should submit a bug report to suse.
There is atleast this report already in the bug database quite similar to the one you are suffering:
novell bugzilla
