Copying installed package list to other systems

Is there an easy way to duplicate a set of installed packages from one machine to another? I run several desktop machines, and would like a way to make sure they all have the same software installed without manually making sure the same packages are checked off on each.

Thanks

What distro are you using? I see you posted in the Suse forum but have Slackware in your personal description.

I guess maybe it doesn't matter to me since I only know how to accomplish this task in Debian...
