I just installed SuSe 10.2 but it didn't recognize my on-board wireless adapter.
Can anyone help me get this running.
Let me state I am a NEWBIE so I would need step by step directions.
I am a serious newbie.. nothing is simple for me..but I want out of Windows so I will learn.

What do you mean by wireless adapter ?
A ethernet card connected to wireless modem ?
If you use yast2>hardware> hardware information do find something about the concerning device ?

Depending on the version of suse you use there is a lot of information on suse website about wireless networking and
the drivers you should install to get it working.
