Change launcher icon from a spring

to something else, how do i accomplish such a task?

Have mounted a second drive as /data and changed ownership and then created a launcher on the desktop all is functioning well although i would rather it resemble a folder.

right click=>properties

I tried that before posting. All they do is append an emblem above the spring board.

right click => properties => basic => click on the embleem => pixmaps
