Can't empty trash bin

Hi
I am using opensuse 11.4 64 bit. Every time i try to delete something I get this error from dolphin

The trash has reached it maximun size. Cleanup manually.

The problem is the trash bin is empty

Thank you

Go to Settings -> Dolphin settings (or what it is called in your language).

Then you should see a settings window with icons on the left.

One of those should be trashbin.

Under trashbin uncheck "maximum size for trashbin"

When you say the trash bin is empty, does that mean you have emptied the Trash directory which should be in your /home/username directory.

/home/username/.local/share/Trash. If you do this using a file manager, you will need to enable view hidden files as the '.local' directory is hidden. In the Trash directory, you will see two sub-directories named 'files' and 'info' and you can delete anything there. If you have already done this, I'm not sure what else you could do.
