Exclamation Call to undefined function mail()

This is not so much a question, but information. I just spent hours of my life trying to fix my apache/PHP problems with SuSE 9.1. I thought it was something I did for a few hours, then I found that it was the sendmail program - or lack of it - which I then installed. It still did not work.
I then found that this was a SuSE 9.1 bug and there was an update. Being on dial up still, I don't like updates. Anyway I updated all the PHP stuff and it still did not work! AGGGGGGGGHH!!!!

Then I saw it. It was the apache2-mod_php4-4.3.4-43.17.i586.rpm that I needed.
Did a rpm -U apache2-mod_php4-4.3.4-43.17.i586.rpm and it installed
Did a /etc/rc.d/apache2 restart and it worked first time. Praise God!!!!!

Man I hate bugs. I wish SuSE would tell me about all the bugs some how.......
I guess that is what YOU is for.
