Boot fails with /dev/md0 and Kernel-Update
Hello Everyone !
After updating Suse 9.3 to the lastest Kernel 188.8.131.52-21.11 I´ve got trouble booting from /dev/md0 as root-system.
I believe it is caused by an improper initrd because I get an kernel panic with /dev/md0 -
I use /dev/hda2 and /dev/hdc2 as /dev/md0 and reiserfs....
Do I have to update the initrd manually or is this a bug in YOU when updating via YOU ???
I can´t boot anymore, so I started the Rescue System and "downgraded" all required files including the kernel. After updating to all recent version (without Kernel), I got an running system again. Strange !
