Azureus (bittorrent client) can't connect to tracker and some other conn. issues

I have following problem:

I have SUSE 9.2 professional. I have downloaded and ran Azureus. I have it working, but no torrent can connect to its tracker (timeout problem). I have no problems with surfing the internet. I am behind router, however my computer is set as DMZ, and azureus in XP works fine with this router config. So I'm thinking that it's problem somewhere in SUSE. I have deactivated the SUSEfirewall. I'm also having problems with YOU, which can't connect to any server I give it (and I'm sure those are working). Does anyone have any ide where may be a problem. I am not very experienced in Linux, but not a total newbie. Thx for your advice.

First, make sure that port 6881 is forwarded to your internal IP (set this on your router)

Second, in Azureus, go to tools -> Options, select Tracker -> Client, and for Override options, put in your external (router's) IP address and the port (6881).
