Automating updates via YaST / YOU

Right now I have 1 laptop, 3 desktops, and 7 servers running openSuSE.

Once every few weeks, I sit down at one, run YOU (YaST Online Update), update everything, reboot if needed, and then go through the tedious process of repeating this on every machine, in text-mode via SSH.

I was wondering if there is any way to automate this process?

Specifically, to get a list of updates that are available, select the ones that I want, and then push this out to every system?

More specifically, the functionality that I would like is to be able to get a list of *all* updates, select the ones that should be applied, push it out to each system, and then have each system go down the list and figure out "If this package is installed on me, download and apply the update"?

Maybe even have it e-mail me a summary from each system?

Any thoughts??? Should I just setup automatic update on everything and cross my fingers?
