Are old versions of OpenSUSE still available?

I ask, because many National Instruments devices are only supported in old versions of OpenSUSE (like 9.3 and 10.0). The table showing Linux support is at

Take a look here: http://en.opensuse.org/Mirrors_Discontinued_Releases. Packman repository is still available for release 10.3 here: http://packman.mirrors.skynet.be/pub/packman/suse/10.3/.

The table at National Instruments shows untested support for release 11.0. If this is an option for you, why not to give a try? In alternative you can try the latest release of CentOS which equals to Red Hat Enterprise 5. Just my

There are download torrents for older openSUSE distributions to be found, but there do not seem to be any repositories for additional packages for anything earlier than openSUSE 11.0. The question is, if what you need isn't on the installation DVD or in the Packman referred to , is it to be found?

As suggested in one of the above posts, I think your best option is to try the latest release of opensuse.

.. holds 4396 packages, and makes Suse 10.3 usable.

The 'openSUSE-10.3-Updates.repo'
http://download.opensuse.org/update/10.3/
has not been closed yet. ( 10,000 old and new updates.)

Alternatively, Suse Enterprise SLED 10 is probably still
supported for another year or two ..
