Add applications to SLED application menu?


anyone know how to add an app to the sled 10 application browser menu?

Well I don't know about GNOME as I installed SLED 10.0 with the KDE option (which I hugely prefer). OK it's a matter of preference but in KDE it's simple. The Taskbar at the bottom of the screen (like Windows) controls this. Just Rigt mouse click and you get options like add applet to panel, add application to panel ==> menu editor etc etc.

Must be something similar in GNOME.

Yea... not even close. Im talking about the application browser deveolped specifically for SLED 10 (also known as the SLAB)

Hey dude, lighten up. He was trying to help based on an imperfectly asked Q.

SLED & SLAB are new enough that you can't really expect all of us to know what you are talking about.

(BTW, for all who haven't encountered it yet, SLED == "SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop". Or is it officially "Suse"?)
