11.2 - running file manager dolphin via kdesu

Hi,

Instead of logging out and in again as root, I tried running
the file manager dolphin through kdesu, but this was very slow
and crashed eventually.

I heard about this somewhere on the net, and I wonder if someone
has found a solution to this.

Thanks.

mc

Hi,
Why don't you use mc
"Midnight Commander"
It works in terminal and extremely powerful, very less memory consuming. You can run it as root in a terminal.
