Studio 1337 minimum requirements?

Hi,
I am interested in Studio1337.
I wonder what the minimum requirements are.
I have some old notebooks:
Lenovo S10e
Thinkpad T60 with 1 GB ram
EEE PC 1001.

Will studio1337 work on these machines? Or is there an older version which I can use with this notebooks?

Kind regards,

Ingo

Studio 13.37 likes a couple of gigs of ram, and the new version is 64-bit only. But you can find the older versions online; one of those will probably work for you.

Thank you for your answer.
I will try it out.
I also have a 64bit system with 4 GB. Are 4GB enough?
Kind regards,
Ingo

Plenty. The need for ram is due to the entire system being loaded into virtual memory; you can pull the stick out if you want after the desktop loads.

3.1 is still fairly current, it's 32 bit. If you're reasonably tech-savvy, you could probably run it on the notebooks, by installing it to the hard disk without running it from live media.

Some of the versions available on the Internet are pretty old, but that's perfect if your computer is also pretty old.

OK, great. If I purchase the new version, could I also get an image of 3.1 to try it out?

I purchased a copy of studio1337. I guess I will get the image tomorrow. I am looking forward to experiment with it.
I also bought more ram and a new cpu c2d T7400 for my t60. It will recognize 3 of the 4 gb. So I guess I can use the new version 3.2 with it...

This will be fun!
