Recently i finished my SCSA level 1 and i am new to it. I got Dell inspiron 8600 laptop where in i got Dual boot windows Xp and Solarise 10.

I am trying to connect internet through wifi on solarise 10. i spent 2day to setup and config the wireless network reading many article on the web.

Till now i am not able to connected to internet.

Can anyone help me to setup my internet. below is the hardware and few setting details.

My laptop dell inspiron 8600
Network adapter Intel pro/wireless 2200BG
Router Netgear DG834G wireless router
Router page ip address 192.168.0.1
DHCP enable

Solarise hostname Sol1

i have installed the device driver and i can plumb. i got inetmenu installed and i am able to connect to router and the status says connected, but when i try to ping my router page 192.168.0.1 it say host not reachable.

Please let me know any more info needed
