Where is the /etc/sysconfig by Solaris?


By RedHat-Linux there is the directory /etc/sysconfig/. Where is the similar by Solaris?

If you're looking for how to enable/disable services, it depends on what version of Solaris you're running (SunOS 10, SunOS 11, OpenSolaris or a variant).

Most newer versions use SMF (the svcadm, svcs, and svccfg commands) to enable/disable/query/edit services.

See the man pages for more details on how some of those commands work.
