Unable to access hg!!! please help

Hi all,

I am trying to access the mercurial repo for "Distro consturctor"
but getting the following error,this is the first time am using hg so could any one please help me figure out the problem?
bash-3.2# hg clone ssh://
remote: Repository 'hg/caimen/distro_constructor' inaccessible: No such file or directory.
abort: no suitable response from remote hg!
