Solaris 10 uses the CDDL (Common Development and Distribution License). I don't know if it's been approved by the OSI yet. And frankly, I don't care.

Solaris licensing policies are at:
http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/...g/policies.xml

OpenSolaris will be released under CDDL; and Sun got OSI approval for the same

CDDL is indeed an OSI approved license based on the Mozilla Public License (see http://opensolaris.org/license/cddl_license.txt and http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/MPL-1.1.txt).
