During Installation, When I get option for Selecting Language, Once I select language, System reboots.
I had tried for all the different language selection and still the same result.
I had installed Linux on that to verify is it a Hardware Problem, and Linux got installed fine.
I suggest the amount of time it will take you how to figure out how to install Solaris will take way longer than you could just install a Linux distribution of your choice and run Solaris in a virtual machine using Virtualbox. Just do that and save yourself frustration.
I run Solaris 10 in a vm on Virtualbox. Unless you are a developer and can write and understand drivers and all that ( because I sure don't) just put it in a vm.
To syedraoof: Welcome to LQ. When you have a new question unrelated to an existing thread, please start a new one instead of using previous ones. Also, please don't post the same question more than once. This is against LQ rules.
What you experience is a know bug which is reported to be fixed in recent Solaris 10 releases (update 4 and newers).
