Solaris 11 dual boot Windows 7

Hi-

I installed Windows 7 on HD 1 and then installed Solaris on HD 2.
When it boots it shows GRUB then goes to windows startup.
When I remove windows HD Solaris boots fine.
I also switched master and slave but won't boot windows 7 without booting only one HD.

Anyone know how to resolve this ? Do I need to edit a grub boot file ?

Thanks

Hi

With the Windows as HDD 1 and Solaris as HDD 2.
It shows GRUB ... Quickly then Windows boots.

With Solaris as HDD 1 and Windows as HDD 2.
The Oracle GRUB menu shows up with both OS.
But only Solaris loads Windows selected only gives some
characters jhgdv.Windows does not boots.

Thanks

Try relocating the disks to their original location and set disk 2 to be the one to boot in the BIOS.

I put Windows as HHD 1 and Solaris as HDD 2 as they were from the beginning.
Only Windows boots up. BIOS does not show two hard drives as boot options just one.

Thanks
