solaris 10, update 2 - not detect Intel 3945 a/b/g wireless

Hello,
I have Intel 3945 wireless ethernet card on my laptop, and there seems to be no driver on Solaris for it. I checked on the Solaris HCL and the opensolaris page (laptop discussion). If any of you know of any driver, please let me know.

Secondly, I do not need the wireless part. I just need the wired network part. Is there a way to just make the wired network part work? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
With regards,
Maidros

No driver exists yet. I read an Intel 3945 driver was worked on, but nothing emerged.

Do you know what chipset (device ID) is handling the TP networking ?
Perhaps regular intel drivers would work ... but I may be too optimistic.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in replying, but I was away over the last two weeks. Here is the output for the Ethernet controller from my prtconf -v

Any ideas on how to make this work would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I downloaded the iwi-0.3 driver for Intel 2200 from the OpenSolaris laptop page and tried to use it. But when I try to update the driver, it says `driver not attached'. I cannot make out the reasons for this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Regards,
Maidros
