Solaris 10 SPARC - 2 NIC

I have Solaris with 2 NICs.
It was extremaly easy to set up 1st one - just edited these files:
address assigned to ce0:
mask: 255255255.224
gateway: no gateway

Now, I need to set up 2nd NIC - ce1

I know I need to ad entry with new ip to /etc/inet/ipnodes create /etc/hostname.ce1 /etc/defaultrouter - but dont know what to put to
/etc/netmasks ???

So far it contain only this:
Should I just add in another line:

Hey There,

Yes, you can just add another line for the new netmask. YOu don't need to specify a NIC in there.

Also, if you don't want Solaris to do what it does by default with two NICS (using your machine as a router), also touch
