Restart Service


Hi,
I've used RH ,but i'm new to Solaris ,here i don't know how to restart a service for example in RH i use service crond restart ,but i can't use the same command in Solaris 10,so what is the equivalent in solaris for restarting a service

Hi,

In Solaris 10, this is done by svcadm, for example for cron you should run:

svcadm restart cron
To find all the services use
Code:
svcs -a
