Kindly note that as I have Glassfish Installed in one of the Solaris Server 9. As since last 2-3 weeks I am facing the problem in which Glassfish is taking 100 % CPU Utilization.

As part of the resolving the same we use to stop & start again.

Now in the same ref I have few questions.

1 What parameters we have to check while Glassfish is taking up 100 % CPU.
2. Whether it will be Application level issue or OS level Issue.
3. As in server.log of Glassfish it does not show any error, while CPU is 100 %.
4. Is there any tunning required from Solaris at Kernel level to resolve the same.

Please suggest.

First identify the thread(s) using all the CPU with "prstat -L" then use pstack, jstack and/or jconsole to figure out the code doing it.
