pkgadd problem

I met pkgadd error message "## Waiting for up to <300> seconds for package administration commands to become available (another user is administering packages)". I tried to boot into single user mode (boot -s) but the error remains.

Can anyone tell how to figure out this "another user is administering packages"?

Yes, It answered my question.

I removed the /tmp/.ai.pkg.zone.lock* file and the problem solved.

Thanks a lot!
