Need help configuring solaris 8 drivers on notebook

Hi

I am pretty new to solaris and I recently installed it on my gateway p4 laptop notebook, I have xp dual booting.

Anyone know how to change its configurations, such as displays settings setting up the Internet on a lan and printer.

If so could it be done from CDE GUI.

Covers some of the administration thru a gui, but not all of it.

i tried using the management console but could undestand how to add solaris to the network that has the internet, or how to change the ip address.

PS. Is the a way to do this in the command line screen.
