mounting iso's lofi

Hi,

I'm trying to mount a large amount of iso's files with solaris.
But the problem is lofiadm will not let me mount more than 128 iso's.

Now I've read in the lofi.h file that you can add a line
Code:
lofi_max_files
followed by the amount of mounts in the /etc/system file to increase the amount of mount's.

But then when I add this line nothing seems to change, I can't mount more iso's at all!

Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Did you reboot after changing the /etc/system file ?

Yes I did, after each change, but none of them seemed to have effect

I just tried to set this variable with mdb and /etc/system and both worked for me (i.e. changed this variable value). I didn't tried to mount more than 128 files though.

How did you set the variable in /etc/system, which is the recommended way ?

What gives
Code:
echo lofi_max_files/D | mdb -k
?

I've solved it, you should add:
Code:
set lofi:lofi_max_files = 256
to /etc/system

Now the:
Code:
echo lofi_max_files/D | mdb -k
gives:
Code:
lofi_max_files: 512
Thanks for youre help!
