Hi there,
i tried to use screen
but i got this error message
You are not the owner of /tmp/uscreens/S-xxx.
how to fix it?
my system
SunOS mtsun 5.6 Generic_105181-39 sun4u sparc

you are not the owner of /tmp/usreen... :P
Where do you get that error message?
The most obvious solution would be to change ownership of that directory, but there is something else wrong with that picture.

You mention that you get this error when trying to install screen -- what steps did you go through, and as what user did you attempt them?
