Hello I just want to share my shock with everyone. I could be wrong but everywhere I looked I could not find anyone
who tried to put a IIi 440mhz CPU into a Ultra5. Well I saw one of these chips on Ebay new in box for 90$ and I
thought what the heck. Worst case I shove it into my Ultra10.

I REALLY did not think this was going to work since the motherboard was a 375-0009. I snatched out the 270 CPU
and seated the 440, cut on the power and bingo. Someone just got a 170mhz upgrade and a 1.7 mb cache upgrade.

I can finally compile FireFox within my own lifetime!!

Man, I just want to say if you put a 440 CPU into a Ultra5 case cool it!

I have pulled my hair out trying to figure what was causing random crashes on the SPARC. I finally glued a 80mm fan on top of the heat sink and all is well one more.
