how to identify a SCSI disk?

if "disk0 /pci@1f,4000/scsi@3/disk@0,0" means "c0t3d0s0"?
would anybody explain how to identify a SCSI disk from a string like "disk0 /pci@1f,4000/scsi@3/disk@0,0"?

This path basically tells a disk device is accessed by a scsi driver from a pci bus.
