How do I modify the JDS Launch button Menu

I am trying to find the file to modify the JDS Launch button menu in Solaris 10. Does anyone know where that file is? There are a couple of menu selections I would like to remove from a regular user.

Might be in /etc/gnome-vfs-2.0/vfolders. I'm unsure how customizable it is though.
