glib & gtk headers

Hi!
I've Solaris 8 x86 and i have installed the gtk and glib packages from sunfreeware.com. When i now try to install wxpython or other programms that need gtk or glib, they all need the header files. So can i get these files in a package too, or do i only get them, when i compile glib and gtk myself?

They should be included when you compiled the first go round. What is the specific error you recieve when trying to install? Are they in your current path to be found by the packages your trying to install that need them? Have you tried specifying at configure time the location of the glib and gtk?
