FTP root user


How do I disable root user account connecting my FTP server? Deny root from using FTP

Put all the user that should not have FTP access in /etc/ftpusers.

THanks!

Another quick question, how do I disable root account from accessing telnet. I know ssh is more secure, I just want to see which file you edit to disable root account from using telnet.
