You mistyped /etc/nsswitch.conf.

dhcpinfo is in /sbin. You need to add /sbin to your PATH or specify the whole path to run it.

You also need to remove /etc/hostname.rge0 which sets a static IP address and create a /etc/dhcp.rge0 (empty) file instead.

My Handwriting Is So Bad Even I Cannot Read It

Last Time I Had Those Blank It Said Failed To Plumb Devices At Boot

Iv Tryed Many Different Ways To Get DHCP Working, But Whats Come To My Attention Is That Solaris Needs A Hostname For The DHCP Server, Which My Router Doesnt Support, So Whats The Workaround? If There Is

If you created the /etc/dhcp.rge0 file and removed /etc/hostname.rge0, try rebooting.

Sorry, I didn't see the updates on this entry for some reason.

You can shutdown with sys-unconfig and when it comes up it will go through a small dialog and you have a chance to set up your network connection. If you can't do it the way jlliagre is suggesting you can try that.

Yeah I know the feeling bud. I installed and got rid of Solaris many times over the years. This time I think mine's going to work, but it is a lot of work!
