Dual booting. solaris+ windows

hi,
I have a lap top and have already configured dual booting with windows and linux.
I want to know if it is possible to dual boot solaris along with windows and linux.say i load windpws first then solaris and then linux , will it work?
is there any third party software or tool that need to be used other than grub.
i paln to load solaris 10 (x86).

thanks and regards

You can try gag or lilo also:

Yes, provided your laptop is supported.
By the way, that would be triple-boot, not dual ;)

No, Solaris bundled grub can boot all of them.

For a laptop, better to use SolarisExpress and frkit.

I would recommend you to download the OpenSolaris learning starter kit. In this you will find a nice practical movie clip for resizing your current working Windows NTFS partition for making space for solaris and other OSs
