CPU 100 % Utilization

Hi

I have SOlaris 9 Installed as It shows 100 % CPU Utilization from SItescope Monitor. But as I am not able to run any command like ps/top/prstat to find out the procees which consumes 100 % processoer in the server

As I am able to login and be able to execute ls... other file/directory commands.

Can anybody help me ?
