That's not what I'm calling a precise version. "cat /etc/release" and "uname -a" are a better way to define what release is installed.
Anyway, as you are installing on a laptop, you'd rather install the latest Solaris Express instead of Solaris 10 for a better H/W support, especially as you were complaining about audio support which isn't there for your machine on Solaris 10.

I already answered a couple of times there is no sound driver in Solaris 10 for your card, and there is one in Solaris Express.
