Upgrade 10.0 to 11.0
 

UPGRADE.TXT describes how to upgrade from 10.2.
I have 10.0. Is is safe to use same procedure?

If your going to upgrade from 10.0 to 11.0, you need to follow the upgrade procedures for each version from 10.0 to 11.0:

10.0 > 10.1
10.1 > 10.2
10.2 > 11.0

You might find it's more worthwhile to just perform a clean install of 11.0.

I would suggest as well a clean install. It saves a lot of possible headaches. So my advice is to backup you /home directory and make a clean install
