Slackware 15.0 install problem with sound
 

Solved - Had to log out as root for sound to be available for other users...

Sound works for root but not for other users.
I added the users with audio group.
Any help would be great.

As we don't know what motherboard you're using and whether you're using a card for the sound that's a boomerang.

However a lack of user sound, sounds like a ownership problem.

I wouldn't know where to specifically look.
