Unhappy problems dling slack ISO files

please help a dumbass......

totally new to anything Linux, have read about on the net and decided to try slackware, fallen at the first hurdle!
have downloaded the install ISO files, which are around 620MB, however the complete ISO's once downloaded only show as being around 200MB in size??
when I open the ISO in winISO the contained files come to the 620MB, but how to get the 200MB ISO file onto a CD?? trying to use Nero.

Before burning the files to cd, follow this link to verify that there are no problems with the iso. This will save you a lot of heartache later if there are problems.

Then, follow this link to learn how to create the cds.
