Mouse Config

Hello, I'm using the Test26 kernel in Slackware 10.2 on my new ABS Mayhem G3 Eclipse laptop ( http://www.abs.com/app/g3e_specs.asp ). I can't get the mouse to work. It worked fine using the bare Kernel, but I needed to use the Test26 kernel due to some video issues. I've used mouseconfig and tried PS/2 and a few others, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Did you install 2.6.13 kernel-modules from cd2's /2.6.13? Install with test26.s does not install 2.6.13 modules. There are many posts about same problem. Good luck.

Go to the /linux-2.6.13 folder on cd 2.

Run 'pkgtool', and install everything except the kernel headers. Reboot, run 'alsaconf', 'alsamixer', 'alsactl store', 'mouseconfig'
